Cuts SWA easily enough so should be okay with anything else. Not that much call for it for me so should last. No idea if it will last for regular use.
Cut through my 2 mm wire rope with ease. Very please for an inexpensive item.

Sturdy and sharp - can be a bit stiff to open wide one-handed but cuts the 6mm2 cabe effortlessly.
Wouldn’t buy again, you need to pull the jaws open and need very large hands to use one handed.
On the plus side they are cheap.

A great purchase and another useful tool. I needed to cut a brake cable and this cutter has a fine sharpness. It was so smooth and easy to cut. I recommend this product, no need to buy the expensive alternative cutter.
Been using these to cut 1.6mm galvanised wire (I wanted a cleaner straight cut which Ch these provide). Have made hundreds (literally) of cuts with these without issue.
