The 7” monitor bucket trowel has become one of the most useful tools in my plastering kit. Its compact size makes it perfect for working in tight areas where a full‑size trowel just won’t fit, and the blade shape is ideal for scooping, loading, and applying plaster straight from the bucket without making a mess.
The balance is excellent, and the handle gives a comfortable, secure grip even during longer sessions. The blade has just the right amount of flex — firm enough for control, but forgiving enough to smooth and shape material cleanly. It’s especially handy for patch repairs, filling small sections, and working around pipes, corners, and awkward angles.
Durability is solid too. The blade holds its edge well and doesn’t warp, and the handle stays tight with no wobble. It’s one of those tools you end up reaching for far more often than expected because it’s so practical and efficient.
If you want a compact trowel that’s reliable, easy to handle, and perfect for bucket work or confined spaces, a 7” monitor/bucket trowel is absolutely worth having in your kit.
Great wee addition to my tool kit. Perfect for plaster and cement when in a bucket, no more wrextling with a brickie trowel 👍
Good product well made worth the money would buy again
Brilliant tool and good price. Purchased on a whim and found it easy to use, even better when you only mix enough tile adhesive for job and trowel scrapes out to the bottom of the bucket.
I wanted it for DIY and perfect size. Would recommend for sure
The product was great value for money I would recommend
This is an excellent trowel for getting the last drop out of the bucket, I have used my old one a lot. Unfortunately the handle on my first one broke, leading me to buy another - I will have to be a bit more careful with the new one.
Cheap and cheerful but does it's purpose. Collects all of the content from the tubs with very little wastage
I was using a small pointing trowel but this was so much better for getting cement out of bucket.
used for laying cement on a broken up floor, perfect size, good quality recommend
Does what it says on the tin, anything by Minotaur is good quality for DIY
Trowel does what it says on the packet. Used it while rendering a wall. Worked fine.
Decent trowel thank you, light weight and robust! Highly recommend
Great replacement for a lost tool, good for getting a bucket empty.
She does exactly what she’s made to do, and when you go to clean her off she cleans off handsome
Can't say much apart from its a solid bit of kit. Smooths quick dry concrete nicely
Decent value and looks as if it will last a while.
Bought as a one off use and not disappointed, great for a diyer
Does the job at a sensible price - great if you are not a regular user.
Amazing, I buy a new one and instantly find my old one. It's practically magical!
