I bought this is a first class piece of hardware from the Stanway Colchester branch. The staff there were very knowledgeable and helpful. This jigsaw is extremely user friendly and an excellent piece of kit. It was maybe a little more than I had planned to pay, but I am very pleased I did so. I am more than happy with this jigsaw. I would definitely recommend this bit of kit to a friend.

Built to last, certainly no lightweight, makes you feel that you got yourself a tool that will perform well for many years to come. It has good control on the trigger and starts very smoothly, it is accurate when following lines, all you need from a jig saw.
exactly what needed- son is an apprenticeship joiner and wanted tools for Christmas. Bought mostly this brand as an investment for him. Already panelled a wall and laid flooring and it’s New Year’s Eve!

The jigsaw is typical high quality from Milwaukee. I have used mainly on wood and some plastic and it was very smooth. My main issue is with the rather rudimentary user manual. Inserting blades is not well explained, nor is the adjustment of the sole plate to adjust the angle of the cut. There are decent YouTube videos but I would rather the maker provide decent manuals. However it is a definite improvement in my old corded jigsaw.
