The innovative MILWAUKEE® Through-Center head geometry aligns the leading cutting edge with the centre of the feed screw, allowing for efficient chip removal and continuous feeding. The 20° rake angle of the lead cutting edge facilitates easy chip ejection for an efficient drilling process. No more fear of chip clogging — the polished and powder-coated flute design creates a non-stick surface for increased chip ejection and an improved self-feeding capability. Coupled with the pioneering Lewis flute design with a large, wide throat, the product assures rapid chip removal. The auger bits feature sharp ground cutting lips for creating smooth clean holes and they are resharpenable.
