This was my favourite tool, so nice to use, chunky and lightweight. It's did warp over time and was a bit out which really messed a job up and set me back a lot before I realised. Better getting a steel one.
A great, clear, lightweight aluminium square. I bought this to make a sled for the table saw so that I can cut very accurate frame mitres. It works very well and because it’s aluminium, I can cut into it without damaging the saw blade.
The square is not square!! Checked on arrival and found not square. Not fit for purpose.
Order for pickup at a store not local to me as mine did not have it. Went to store only to find it was damaged. Toolstation really should not have picked this for a customer. Wasted trip.
Local store didn’t have this square so I bought for pickup at a store 10 miles away. Went to pick up and guy at the counter said “Oh it’s damaged, we’ll discount it”. The square was gauged on one edge and had the corners dinged in 2 places. Can’t believe Toolstation thought it ok to pick this to be given to a customer. Wasn’t worth £5 let alone £34. I can buy online elsewhere for £24.
