I bought one of the Axiom usb sockets which looks similar to the this one but has been discontinued by Toolstation. I installed it soon after I moved into my property. Some months later the supply tripped on the circuit where the USB socket was installed. I checked everything and couldn't find anything wrong so reset the breaker. The supply continued to intermittently trip. I eventually removed the socket and all has been fine since. I don't know if Toolstation has discontinued this product due to it being faulty? Hopefully this may help someone who experiences mains tripping issues after fitting one of these Axiom Usb sockets

What I needed to expand my single garage socket and was in stock.
Does as it should for a fair price. Fitted to workshop to charge phones and speakers.
Suited my requirments perfectly, price was right and it was sufficiently robust to meet my needs,
Fitted into a kitchen where wall was bare brick finish. Looks OK and easy to fit. Would give it 5 stars, but transformer plugs block the USB ports, so had to place radio elsewhere. I know petty but irritating to me.
Well made socket at a competitive price.Unlike some metalclad sockets the terminals are sturdy and easy to tighten.
Not pleased that that USB ports stay live even when the switch is off
Good socket used to upgrade an existing one in the garage. It even fitted onto the existing fixing holes...Bonus.
An excellent metal clad socket. Very clean edges, usefull as it is being used a an extension outlet. Very good value for money.

Great in stock solid tactile switch for garage replacing old cracked plastic brittle one. Hopefully keep clean appearance and no spiders get inside
Reasonable quality metal clad double socket. Does the job with no frills. Faceplate screws poor quality driver slots not clean, just replaced them.

Wanted a metal clad socket with USB charger points and this has it so it’s fine!
Disappointed with this! Be aware bottom cable entry is impossible, and top entry isn’t easy! Side entry is only option if your using an SWA cable! Mounting lugs are too far forward so the front fascia “rocks” when finished! Awful product, buy something else!
Upgrading garage, wanted phone charging capability these are perfect and good quality.
