Bought to replace the same trap with air admittance valve which had failed. No requirement for the air admittance valve as I have an open soil stack. Direct replacement works perfectly and other than a clean when built up with the usual scum is perfectly fine.
Collected from store and fitted almost immediately when home. Having had three failed attempts at fixing a leak we turned to toolstation for replacement parts. All fitted well and no leaks.
I fitted the trap but it was dripping, i removed it and found two small injection molding raged points, i gently removed them added vasalene jell, this sealed the unit.
Bought as a direct replacement, same manufacture as the original, good quality, fitted with ease.
