Well made and robust. The waterproof covers over the outlets do not close over plugged in cables. Some design fault here. Otherwise a great product.

Great small cable reel. Replaced a cable without reel, so now much tidier an easier to keep garage tidy.
Works well. Winding handle a little small and socket covers are a bit cheaply made so will have to be a bit careful to make it last.

Only tried it once so far. I run the extension to a workshop as no other power supply (apart from a solar power station but with crappy British weather, it's impossible to get a decent daily charge)
2 sockets are handy and the closures seem to be strong enough - I don't really need them to close as the reel is not exposed to rain etc. but they did close with the sealed type plugs. The cable worked well in the recent snow and rain without issue, keep it elevated though - not sitting in puddles.
20m is perfect too and the price was reasonable. I'd buy again.
Does the job. Peace of mind when it rains. Winds up without catching.

Masterplug 2 socket 13A IP54 rated cable reel does exactly what it should.
The product looks of good quality and sturdy hard plastic.
I use it to charge my car with about 12 A and the cable was a little warm but the plugs was cool and they have a tight fit.
Make sure that when using in high loads unwrap completely the cable from the reel!!!.
(that applies to all cable reels)
The cable plug was fused and there is also a trip reset button on the reel.
Though I wouldn't live the cable reel under rain!!!

Great useful product that I had been tempted for some times plug is well made and the waterproof covers are amazing.
Nice compact size and fairly light. Plug and sockets seem to be good quality and the cable is fairly flexible unlike some pvc extensions. The reel is average quality, winding handle seems too short and the reel has so much movement from end to end I keep expecting it to fall out. Could have been a much better product with a little more thought in the design. For what it is though, best price was from Toolstation.

Great extension lead. Well made and sturdy, otsneasy to wind and unwind and the waterproofing is well made. At 20m it's long enough to reach the end of my garden.
Very pleased with this cable reel with robust construction for the case. Useful length of cable for a long cable run. Sealed plug outlet sockets accepts most plugs and is well sealed when the plug covers are locked in place.
Solid cable and case, easy to rewind the cable, I hope will last a lifetime.
High quality, durable, worth that little bit extra.
Overall I am very happy with this extension lead. It has two annoyances - firstly, the snap-shut covers don’t close if the plug you are using has a thick strain relief collar, like my Kränzle pressure washer. That’s not the manufacturer’s fault, just be aware that you may need to re terminate the plug without strain relief to get the cover to close securely. The other issue is the length of the handle to reel the cable back in. It’s tiny and my knuckles bash against the socket covers while reeling the cable back in. So it more than does its job, I would just like a slightly longer handle on the winding mechanism.
