A helpful tool for cutting straight laminate flooring, but not so helpful for cutting herringbone flooring.
Poor quality control in manufacture. Screws don't fit so assembly problematic. Can only cut at 90 degrees to a plank. Won't cut angles so pretty useless. Poor cut quality on Vinyl planks. Returned for refund. Can't recommend.
Once the cutter gad been assembled it cut quite well. I had to re-tap the threaded holes on the bed that fasten down the square and the plastic hole through the knob that tightens the locking hook had to opened up as it was smaller than the bolt. In short the finish quality is not good.
