Excellent service, unfortunately had to return as it was damaged , no tensioner locator . But no problem getting a replacement

The chain tensioner broke the instant I used it despite being set as per the book and oiled. Correctly. I’ve got nowhere with customer services on the phone after a long hold and have had to open a PayPal case . Sorry for typos but the text box is too dark to read!
Lovely little electric chainsaw. Powerful and compact. Needs bar and chain fitting prior to first use as well as oil which is not supplied. No issues with plastic tensioner as mentioned in some reviews.
Would recommend for garden use only.
