The Makita LS003G 40V XGT Brushless 305mm Slide Compound Mitre Saw is an exceptionally powerful machine with a single sliding system and rail-forward design that lets you place the machine closer to the wall so that you have more space to work.

The saw features a large turn base that lets you support eh workpiece securely resulting in enhanced stability.  On either side of the base, holders are provided to deal with longer work pieces with ease.

An integrated fence gardes allow for increased rigidity and allow for exceptional accuracy.  An LED light with ink line aligning function ensures the blade cuts in the right spot every time.

The single slide system delivers perfect cuts.  The rails stay in place, while the head slides along them.  This reduces the amount of space needed to place the tool on site.  It can even be put close to a wall ensuring maximum space for working and moving.

As well as being capable of double mitre cuts, the motor is equipped with an electric brake to ensure that the blade stops immediately when the cut is finished.  Deep and eXact cutting Technology (DXT) makes it extremely suitable for upright sawing of gutter frames, decorative frames and (high) skirting boards.

The saw incorporates Makita’s Auto-Start Wireless System (AWS) which lets you connect to and operate, a compatible dust extractor with Bluetooth; automatically turning on the extractor at the same time as the tool.
