The Makita LS002G 40V XGT Brushless 216mm Slide Compound Mitre Saw is an impressively powerful and flexible mitre saw that will easily tackle work site tasks.

Designed for demanding use, the includes a range of features to deliver the best results when working.  The mitre and bevel cutting system increases the versatility of the tool. 

With a no load speed of 4800rpm, the saw is equipped with Makita’s Auto-start Wireless System (AWS) for wireless communication between cordless machine and cordless vacuum cleaner.  This allows a vacuum to automatically start at the same time as the saw – ensuring that the workpiece on area is clear of dust and debris.

With a soft start for a smooth start and constant speed for a stable cutting speed, the saw also includes Deep and eXact cutting Technology (DXT) makes it extremely suitable for upright sawing of gutter frames, decorative frames and (high) skirting boards.

The motor is equipped with an electronic brake that stops the saw blade immediately while thanks to the unique guide system rails remain fixed in place while the saw head slides along them.  This allows the Makita LS002G to be placed close to the wall.
