Good product which I should have bought a long time ago. Easy to use and does a fine job. Would advise combining it with a dust bag which makes the job a lot tidier. Tend to set it at 1mm.

I have yet to start using this tool but on close examination it will definitely be a great asset and get a good deal of use.
The Planer appears to be good quality but upon first use the plane didn’t start removing any material until the depth was set to 1.7mm it seemed to be taking off more at one side of the blade than the other. For this price you would expect the machine to be accurate.
This is an easy to use tool, doing the best finish that you can expect from a planer. I don't know about you but for me the look matter as well. It's smooth, soft, and well enginered, pleasure to look at. Using it with 5Ah battery, so plenty of running time. Just unwrap, put a battery in and ready to go.
