Excellent product and a great step up in quality from my previous economy Titan product
Not toolstations fault! But the supplier sent 110v one instead of the 240v one I ordered !
This is an excellent machine; easy to use and the finish it gives is far better than I have had from other thicknessers. There is no obvious surface rippling and the depth gauge feature saves loads of time finding the actual cutter height when setting up for the first cut.
I ordered the 2012NB Thicknesser on-line for delivery to my local branch so there was no need to wait in for a delivery, nevertheless the Toolstation App still enabled me to track progress.
Overall I am very pleased with both the machine and the Toolstation service.
It's Makita so it's brilliant.
Toolstation service was also outstanding. I had to return the first one as it got busted in transit somewhere. The team at the Orpington store were also brill, no qualms in accepting the return and getting a replacement the next day. Thank You Guys.
Very good for me, works well, easy to use, no issues at all.
Used straight out the box.
Only used once so far to plain down some planks all to 30mm, it was pretty easy to set up and the finish great, would say Will need a dust extraction system if Iām going to use it on a regular basis the Henry Vac struggled to keep up.
