I bought this to make my house number visible at night. While the low-light mode works well, winter charging is slow, and it often dies early after cloudy days. Adding a USB-C port for manual charging and the ability to adjust or disable the PIR sensor would be great improvements.
Purchased the bigger version previously, which had a backlight that could be optioned off, is very bright and now two and a half years old still going strong, like others i feel as there is no option to have a PIR only i returned them,
Should the duration of the battery make no difference to you the, the light is bright and if as good as the bigger model should prove an excellent purchase, especially if the very dim backlight option is something that's benefits you.

Effective way of lighting a front door after dark so that you can easily insert and turn the keys required to unlock and open it. Very easy installation - just 2 screws into a wall. No electrical connection required. Works very well.

Bought one. Liked it so much bought another for me and one for my mate. Installed one each side of my front door to light up the drive and door when returning on dark nights. Instant light up still working when leaving in the mornings.
Was unsure whether to buy this or not at the price but am very happy with it. Kicks out a solid bright light, lighting a good area. A lot brighter than expected.
Great bit of kit , 2 screws and they done , got them for letting the dogs out at night work perfectly
I purchased for use in the back garden, screwed into a timber post so install took seconds. Worked straight out of the box and easy to switch settings, small screw heads though, they look to be ph1 and as I only had pz2 I used different screws.
Over the moon with this light dose the job well I am using it on my caravan os if I have to let my Dog out of the awning at night I can see what she is doing
Bought as a basic light to light up the dark patch outside the house. Seems a decent wee light. Could do with being a little more brighter but for the low cost it's a decent buy.
