Really good product and straightforward to assemble.
Spacers not up to the job, break when tightened - plastic and too large get weight
I didn’t use it, doesn’t seem strong enough. I’m going to try and take it back as I don’t think it’s fit for use
Ladder hooks. OK but why put three holes in and only provide two sets of fixings? They are not particularly sturdy but I suppose they do what's required. I would have liked a brace across to keep them more rigid. Overall they're good enough for the purpose.
I need occasional use of these hooks, I have an old extension ladder which is perfect to use for this. Easy to fit if you can drill four 8mm holes 9if you can’t you probably shouldn’t be using a roof ladder anyway).

Terribly poor design, bars twisted as soon as any weight was put on them.
I’d actually consider them dangerous and not fit for purpose.

Does the job. Although the listing on the Toolstation app doesn't tell you that these are not intended for extendable ladders. Manage to make it work by placing carefully on the largest section of my extendable ladder set in a way that I can still fit the three sections together properly without having to remove the roof hooks. If I'd realised in advance though, I'd have bought a different set of hooks.
After many years I had to buy new roof hooks since my old ones were lost somewhere in moving. These are reasonably priced, and do the job perfectly for me. Easy to fit, compact to store in the garage. Very pleased.

Easy to order easy to fit and take apart. Used them a few times for my own safety. They are smashing great lovely fantastic.
Product need crossbar support. Had to modify manually. Bit flimsy. Other products have cross support.
They work fine. Drilled the holes in my bog standard ladder as per instructions and it was easy enough to fit the hooks. My ladder was a bit short for the job on the roof (so make sure yours will stretch from the roof ridge to the guttering) but the hooks held the ladder as solid as a rock.
I needed these because I had to paint some guttering and around a window above a small kitchen extension with a pitched roof. They did the trick and I felt safe while doing the task. They were easy to install and install and I will get more use out of them in the future.
