Knipex VDE StepCut Cable Shears

The Knipex StepCut Cable Shears makes cutting cables easy with innovative step cutting.
These small, light yet strong and comfortable cutting tool does so without crushing and with less effort.  The graduations cut wires one after the other and is up to 40% easier than other shears of an equal size.
These shears are capable of cutting multi-core stranded copper and aluminium cables of up to Ø 15 mm (50 mm²).  It will also cut solid copper and solid aluminium cables up to 5x4mm².
The bolted joint allows for precise cuts done effortlessly, while the cutting edges are induction hardened, high-grade special tool steel.  The multi-component handles have been VDE tested and insulated.
Please note that this is not suitable for steel wire or hard drawn copper conductors.
