The suction power is good, but the build quality is poor. After just one month of use, the suction tube developed a crack. The suction tube material seems to be of low quality.
Missis say it bit heavy but sucking like a pro vacum
I bought a WD5 in Dec 2021 its had very light use, just cleaning the odd car and a bit of decorating clearance, probably used 10 times a year if that. So when the motor burnt out last weekend and dumped a whole load of carbon over itself and our wooden floor, i was far from impressed. I thought these were meant to be robust
Very good for car vacuuming and general outside clean up. Can get clogged up with leaves ( not surprisingly) which are a little hard to remove. Overall a decent machine
Since buying this vacuum it’s been in constant use as we have had kitchen fitters in and it’s been a real workhorse for them and us. I’ve even used it to empty and clean a garden pond! I haven’t used it yet to clean the car but I’ve no doubt it will do an excellent job.
Also light but robust and with a long cord and five castor wheels it follows you around faithfully, I’d highly recommend one.
Hoovers like a champ, has enough power to deep clean even thick carpets, gets the job done swiftly.
Perfect for cleaning all round the house t's robust enough to handle anything from light dust to heavy rubble . I haven't tried the wet part , I'm confident it will be just as good as the dry

I am very happy with my Karcher WD5, although I wish there could have been more accessories (car cleaning tools).
I bought this a few weeks ago and can honestly say that it does all things that it says on TV
Only used in dry conditions so far but powerful. Only disappointing thing is that the hose clip had pinged off on first use and now can't find it
I bought this machine and have now had a chance to use it on our paths. It is astonishing how the paths have been cleaned without chemicals. It has removed the moss that has grown over the winter. A very good product for the money.

We have not yet tried all the tasks it can perform, but judging by the performance so far it will be fine for our needs.
I needed a new vacuum for car cleaning and diy and after some research I went with the WD5. I under estimated how good this would be, I’ve not found anything it can’t handle! The suction is so good you need to make sure small children are kept at a distance or they will disappear up the nozzle!!
