Bought this very happy with it most powerful machine
Having had the older version of this hoover for over tens years I was hoping not to be disappointed with the new one . Although the new vac is awesome the only thing that I could fault is the shorter length of the vacuumed pipe . My old vac pipe easily reaches inside my vehicle where as this one doesn’t 😞
I ordered this on the 7/1/26 and received it 12/6/26 and used it a couple of days later. I bought this to upgrade from an old WD3 machine….what a mistake!
I use it primarily for cleaning out our rabbits where I manually remove most the excess hay then hoover it up. With the WD6 it was blocking up almost straight away and upon looking could see the problem and raised it directly with Karcher 16/1/26. In short the gap between the debris inlet point and the float cage deflector is very small thus blocking easily and told Karcher this and got this response…m
Unfortunately because you are using the machine on hay this will get entangled around the filter causing blockages, we would advise not using the machine for this
Clearly didn’t read my diagnosis and having pointed out that it was not the filter housing I have had no response and my complaint been simply brushed aside and I’ve resorted to my faithful WD3 machine. Dissatisfied customer!!!
Great item with fantastic suction.
Will be ideal using the wet suction for the last dregs of water from the hot tub. Plenty of attachments included.

The pin which hangs the brush attachment& long pipe to the unit snapped, it's too flimsy and a disappointment.
Very happy with this machine, which has many useful features and is easy to use. Would recommend this product to prospective buyers.

We have hap this product for about 6 weeks, it is used mainly in the cleaning of a rugby club changing room I can say it really does what they say superb suction and water catchment really pleased
Bought to replace previous version which was great for picking up ‘heavy’ stuff but the filter was quickly blocked by ‘fine’ stuff. The newer model now has the same large capacity while the collection bag and the filter is easily cleaned/replaced as well as being a lot less susceptible to blockages. Attachments are excellent - the newer version having metal extensions rather than plastic. Suction is great as you would expect. An example being cleaning out a gutter where all the gravel collects took no time at all. Having collected said gravel in the bag that was easily removed and the gravel spread back on the roof further back. The ‘power on’ feature when using it as a dust extractor for power tools is particularly helpful. In summary a very useful upgrade on the previous version. Thank you.
The WD6 I bought is absolutely brilliant made my life a lot easier as I'm disabled and got a artificial lawn and it's amazing on that I don't have to use a brush anymore so I'm thrilled with it best thing I have bought thanks
Purchased about 1 month ago, for specific use on leaves in back garden. Using without bag, seems to work well, the leaves do clog in tube, but getting the hang of gently sucking up!! Easy to unclog and empty. Cannot comment on rest of functions, but would recommend as v powerful.

A 1st class product couldn't be happier worth every penny
Not very happy with the product as used it twice then it stopped working. Sent them an email no answer to that. Been very patient it’s now been a few weeks so not very happy.
