Very disappointed in this product I thought I would go for a well known brand and chose this item which caused more mess than clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent this Karcher carpet cleaner to test in return for an honest review. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy I found it to put together as there was a handy booklet of instructions that came with the machine. My first impression was that it was really quite heavy and bulky. There are various attachments that come with the machine that can be stored inside and the pole comes apart so that can also be stored more easily. It is still a large machine so requires a bit of storage space. This could be used as a vacuum without the need to use it to clean but I didn't find it as good as my other one so therefore would need space for the two separate items. I found it easy to fill up and to turn it on once I was ready to go. I will however say this is a loud machine! If you're the type of person who wants to be up early doing chores or doing them once children are in bed you're probably best saving this job for in the daytime. I tested this on both hard flooring and carpet. I felt it worked better on the carpet but with a bit of tough scrubbing also lifted dirt on the hard floor. The floor was also left a bit more saturated on the hard surface but that might have been me being overly keen with the water trigger! Overall this is a good product that left my carpet nice and clean and I would be happy to recommend it to others, you might just need a hand if doing stair carpets due to the weight of it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really good cleaning equipment. Almost on a professional scale. It cleaned my carpet nicely and worked fine as a vacuum cleaner as well. It’s quite loud so you may want to brace yourself. The cleaning chamber also needs emptying frequently to stop the dirty water from coming back out. The cleaning solution has a really good scent so I’d be looking to get some more. It is quite bulky so if you’re low on space, this may be a tough one for you. Overall, good product. Not sure about the price point though as the niggles I have might turn me off paying full price for it.

This item is just as good as I expected it to be from karcher. Their products are brilliant and this didn’t disappoint. I used this is my dining/living room which leads out to my back garden so is constantly getting dirty especially in the rainy months. I used this along with the detergent that was provided and it worked really well. It’s really easy to set up and simple to use. I have also done my stairs which was quite hard as I had to hold the machine whilst going up but they have also come up great.
The only problem with this is it quite bulky to store, personally I would prefer one that is stand up so it don’t take up as much room.
I’m so please with this I have recommended this to my family and friends. If you are looking for a carpet cleaner this really is worth the money

So easy to use, just add water in tank, washing liquid, spray on carpet and hoover. It suitable not only for carpers, but percectly washing and velour sofa and chairs. Comes with separate attachments for sofa, chairs and etc. Also it not very loud - like a general hoover. Can't be more happy to have it - as it working perfectly.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Kärcher SE 4 Select Carpet Cleaner on my fabric sofa and a bit of carpet, and I’m genuinely impressed. It pulled out a surprising amount of dirt and left everything looking much fresher and cleaner.
The attachments were easy to use and made it simple to reach awkward areas. It didn’t leave the fabric too wet either, which was a nice bonus – just slightly damp and dried quickly.
Although it’s a bit bulky to store, the results speak for themselves. A great option for anyone wanting to deep clean their home furnishings and flooring without hassle.

The amount of dirt you see it sucking up looks great and whilst the carpet is still wet it looks a lot cleaner. However, once it's dry the stains still remain. They may be slightly better but not as clean as expected. I'd say this machine is more for general dust and dirt rather than stains etc. On the plus side it is quieter than other brands I've used by quite a lot. The water tank is 4L which sounds good but even for my small front room I had to refill it 6 times. Overall its a good machine for daily dust but not for deep cleaning of stains.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Karcher carpet cleaner is so wonderfully efficient, it was so satisfying emptying all the dirt water out. I would say it is very professional grade and so bulky so carry around but I didn’t mind because it was so easy to use. It comes with a little bit of detergent and several attachments which I used for sofas and car seats. The water tank holds a lot of water so you can comfortably do large areas at once. It doesn’t make the carpets sopping wet so it dries within a day. Was defo a shock to see how dirty the carpets were so I’m so glad I have this now!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was over the moon to be able to review this Karcher carpet cleaner, I’ve had my carpets down almost 8 years so I’ve cleaned them all now, my main area was my stairs there was an oil like stain that I’ve never been able to get rid of, So I wasn’t expecting it to get that stain up but to my surprise it did, I’ve uploaded before and after pictures of the worst area, My carpets are now very clean and the smell lovely, My son wanted to do his own carpet and rug and was very happy with the results , Thank you for the opportunity to try this out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used this a few times since I first received this on various materials. Carpet, hard floor and stairs which can be tricky sometimes. You see all the dirty dark water the washer cleans from your floors. I had read that sometimes water could leak from the top however I never experienced this. Cleaned the hardwood really well and didn’t leave it overly wet so it was quick to dry off. Pretty big and bulky however so it does take some room when storing. Only critic is that I wish they made it a little smaller! Otherwise 5*!!

Slate floor and also longer rugs and the sofa. and it does a brilliant job off cleaning all it comes with a large and small connecter and a connector to put on for floors and carpets. It has a long cable. It come with 2 Poles to make it longer I do find it a little bit noisy when using. This is super easy to empty and clean and everything stores in the bottom of the cleaner
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a Bissell spot clean before the Karcher SE 4 which we loved. I didn’t expect the Karcher could compete with the Bissell, but I was wrong! The Karcher performed very well on a coal stain that had been on the arm of our sofa for some time (picture attached) and it’s left the sofa smelling beautiful and fresh… the scent is wonderful!!
It’s completely gone with only one use of the SE 4! I can’t comment on its longevity, but so far, I’d highly recommend! I’ve searched online and I feel the price point is really good value for money!! I’m less likely to have to replace my sofa as a result it hits my eco friendly credentials!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product! You can immediately see and feel the Karcher quality. It's easy to set up and manoeuvre, although not easy for stairs. It comes with a couple of different ends for floors and furniture and you can buy additional accessories quite cheaply to allow you to clean the whole house and the car too. It comes with a sachet of cleaning fluid that leaves everywhere smelling fresh and clean. You might need to go over stubborn stains a couple of times but it's great for freshening up your carpets and the hard floor attachments are a real bonus. It's energy efficient too. Definitely recommend

The product itself does the job but the quality overall the product has some concerns. The The filter that comes with the product is of very low quality, which surprised me. Components like the different end caps or extension pipes don’t have a storage solution to keep them together as one unit. The same issue applies to the power cable. Additionally, you need to empty the tank very frequently. The problem is that while the tank is large, once the water reaches the filter, the engine sprays water everywhere
