The front steer wheel broke as soon as I put it in.
I've used this a couple of times and it works well. However, the handle is not smooth, but ridged for some reason. Both times I have ended up with a blister at the base of my thumb. Really wish this was more comfortable to use. I shall have to remember to wear a thick glove next time. Shame though
I’ve used this 2 or 3 times. I liked my previous Polti Vaparetto better even though it was less user friendly and took longer to heat up. The power on this is very weak when mopping the floor and it leaves quite a bit of water on the floor too.For this reason my mop is quicker to use. It performed ok on grout cleaning but again left puddles of water.
Hated steam cleaners but have had times needed for jobs , now love it . Much better than previous product . Easier to top up water . Good plug length . Faults in my opinion the water steam hose should be smooth not crinkled like a shower hose . As when wanting to clean after bathroom floors or kitchen grease it’s hard to clean properly . Would also be nice to provide a kitchen nozzle and bathroom nozzle so not to cross contaminate with out proper cleaning the ends. Apart from that live it so much so I bought one to use at home
Makes life so much easier when cleaning my floors.
Have had my SC3 for a year but have been so disappointied with how much wster drips from the nozzle. I returned it after a few months as I thought it must be defective but it was exactly the same when it returned.
I have now decided to get rid after 18 months as it as it drips like a tap from the nozzle while steaming. Previous model did not fo this.
We've used this several times and it's very easy and was great at helping with stain removal on a carpet which we've struggled to get rid of.

My new Karcher is great , the better design is much better than my old one with the screw cap which seized up .
Love this steam cleaner, it’s compact and is excellent at cleaning my floors. My only complaint is the cable isn’t long enough.
I'd looked at a few online and decided to go for the karcher as it appeared to have good reviews and it hasn't disappointed ! It is a great product, simple to set up, heats up so quickly and easy to use !
Bought it months ago, very well build easy to use.very strong and hot water steam which makes easy get stuff off
So far used for floors, windows, shower glass and kitchen hob and splash back. Did a great job of all. Very easy to use. Easy to fill and fast to heat up. Great bonus is being able to top up water as you go. First shot you get very hot water for a second or two before the steam comes….easy to manage if there’s a sink handy or a small bucket.
I bought this hoping it would help clean my grout. It does. It is also great on the floor and the inside of my oven hasn't looked this clean for ages. One advantage over other steam cleaners I have had is that I can top up the water without waiting for the pressure to go down or waiting for it to cool down.

Lifts the dirt in high traffic areas well.
The only thing I feel would improve the steamer would be if collected the water back from the floor. Having to clean up the water once you have steamed is a little frustrating. Generally a good product though.

What better place than my kitchen.
It cleaned the oil and from out I one easy sweep from under my cooker. You know that little lip under the hob where all the crumbs get stuck? Easy and it was cleaned in a few seconds
It has a build in descaler which I’m impressed with. Already winning with this as the reason my old one broke was due to mineral build up in the machine.
It’s so easy to use and you need very little instructions to complete all if its features.
Where I’m the most impressed though is the power to clean my floor and leave it gleaming. mopping the floor was effortless. Simple straightforward and gleaming!
