Really useful bit of kit. Makes tapping into rigid pipework really really easy. I used them to add a radiator to my central heating.
Excellent product, there was limited movement on the pipe I was connecting the tee piece too. TheJG Speedfit Slip Tee Connector 15mm worked brilliantly. There is even a measurement guide to show you exactly how much pipe to remove, to fit the tee connector. Very easy too use, no leaks.
There was no room nor flexibility to manoeuvre the existing pipe, this product solved the problem brilliantly.
It may appear to be on the expensive side but it saves so much time and hassle, it’s well worth the money.
Just follow the instructions given, for a trouble free joint.

Fitted to solid pipe work in an awckward place. Passed the test.
If you are expecting for the long 15mm end to extend telescopically out of the tee to any length... it does not. The tee slips over the existing pipe allowing you to then insert the long section before joining the 2 back together. Total size of hole needed in pipe is 95mm.
Works absolutely perfectly, no other way of fixing the pipe.
Useful in difficult situations where adjacent pipes are rigidly fixed
The clever thing about these is that you can take them apart again
Difficult to use but it just about worked. Better with clean new copper. But that removes the point of it
