I bought these for a particularly difficult clamping job - flat timber onto uneven and sloping tiles.
They saved me a .ot of hassle and head scratching
A great longer reach clamp and easy to use, perfect for quick jobs
Needed to glue some door cards and didn't have the time to stand and pinch - these did the job perfectly
Clamps are good quality as expected. Toolstation are local and have good stock levels.
first time using these i found them a bit fiddly,
it depends how you pick them up as to what position the release lever is in,
i`m used to the irwin quick grip bar camps which i find better,
overall i`ll they are ok but i`ll stick to my bar clamps
A handy item for the workshop when you need another hand.
Actually very sturdy materials /construction grips well, quick release n clamping ,spot on .
Got these claps thinking been quick-grip they would be good as I've got other quick-grip clamps and they work well but sadly I'm disappointed they don't even grip or hold anything got them to hold hinge jig to doors but it's just loose no matter how hard you squeeze the clamps don't waste your money look at other makes
Great for a small clamp, I use them when I fit kitchen's. The are perfect for clamping units together.
Irwin clamps are always decent and this little clamp is really useful for just holding things in place when you wish you had 4 arms. Solid and easy to use.
Bought this to replace another unit which had failed. Seems to be average quality but has done the job well so far. Time will tell
Haven’t really found much use for them. Maybe I haven’t had the right jobs, probably better for clamping thinner pieces not to hard.
Not used yet, but not sure how strong they are. Usually a decent make. Time will tell and they seem okay
With both the 50mm and 100mm clamps the jaws only opened to 10mm less than stated.
Both clamps returned for refund.
I like the more traditional quick grip clamps from Irwin but this type I can’t get my head around their use. Initially bought to secure a pocket hole jig similar to Kregs but the clamping force is so small it does not anything in place, waste of money
