Bought to drill bolt holes in steel plate. These drill bits took all the hard work out of the equation. Very pleased and the price made them so much better
Dull after a single use, couldn't complete the job (which was only drilling two holes). Wouldn't recommend.

I bought the set as I needed a 12 mm
HSS bit quickly, I used it twice and it went blunt. I haven’t used the others as I had no need to my opinion not fit for purpose.
Everything great, materials, fitting , finishing, etc.

I needed some large holes drilling in 1/4 plate and these did the job very well.I used plenty of oil and used a slower speed than normal and they were fine.The shanks being stepped down made them more versatile.

Used these for multiple holes up to 18mm in 10mm steel plate. No complaints - did the job well.

Very good quality drill bits, idea for the job they were purchased for. Fits standard 13 mm chuck on dewalt combi drill, with the turned down shank.
Awful quality, each one only lasted one hole drilling into lintel
I purchased this with they were going to be disposable. They did the job but far from premium quality. Unsure how they would fair in a pillar drill, probably get more life. I used them on a hand drill. Got the job done
Good general purpose drill bits when used a slower speeds
A useful set of large drill bits. Only used the 16mm bit so far as it's the one I needed but decided to buy the set as they represented excellent value for money. The bit bored a perfectly sized hole in a piece of mild steel so I would imagine the others would work just as well.
Look to be very useful just to drill out those larger holes
These are exceptional value drill bits.
They come in their own individual plastic case and well oiled.
I have used two of them so far and both have cut cleanly with no sign of wear.
These drills allow the large diameter hosle using a normal 13mm drill chuck.
