The T105A Timer is in use to control an immersion heater.
24 ON/OFF times and various modes provide flexible programming over a full week.
The embedded rechargeable battery maintains clock time for 150 hours during mains power cuts.
An LED indicates load ON, but the LCD has no backlight.
Its displayed characters are small, so a torch is needed in dim room lighting.
Load switching is audible so may be done by a polarised relay.
This may limit lifetime of the unit.

Display a bit dim and viewing angles not the best. A backlit display would make it so much better.

Install went well, nice big easy connectors for power. Thought the job was going well until I tried to programme it. One of the worse user interfaces I have experienced > screen hard to view due to narrow angles, buttons unresponsive and unpredictable.

It was easy to install just read the instructions to program screen bit small for my eyes but readable

Fitted this to replace the updated model, as the customer preferred the square timer! Easy fit… works well.

This timer does the job but the set up is awful, this is mainly down to the display being far too small. I had to use a magnifying glass. Also it should be noted that device does not provide an earth terminal.

Great price and does everything you need plus a video to help you set it up. Installing this made me check the operation of my thermostat that was permanently on. Now I leave this on and it works a treat.

Easy to connect for a non-professional. Instructions for programming the timer schedule are a little unclear. Easy to switch between programme setting, always on & always off.... to override the schedule.

Good quality 24/7 digital timer, suitable for shallower back boxes. Relatively easy to set programs. Although there is no cable clamp or flex outlet.

We use these timers for immersion elements. Much better than the 13A fused type as more reliable against overheating damage.

Plastic piece separating terminals posts broke and terminal became loose had to use insulation tape to stop terminal posts shorting. LCD writing very small.
