I ordered this as our boiler went down, I contacted engineer and over the phone he said he thought this part had failed, ordered the part through Toolstation, fair price and quick delivery, 4 days later engineer turned up and found problem to be blocked pipe, as the part I ordered had a 30 day return policy and it had not been removed from box I contacted Toolstation to return it, they said the supplier would arrange for it to be collected, a week later and it still has not been collected, hence only 4 *.
