I don't use this coil for brick laying but stapled onto wooden steps to give grip. It works well and last a long time. Last done over 7 years ago.
Not used for its intended purpose but as filter grating fixed to Kennedy grating to stop gravel from entering and filling up soak away drain.
It's galvanised reinforcement coil, so what more can I say. Seems decent and strong and is now buried under cement render so I guess only time will tell how good it is. Good value.
Good product. Used for plastering over. Worked well and easy to cut and pin to the wall.
Purchased this mesh at a bargain price to help with a rat problem. It was way too big for what i needed but so glad I got it now. Its easy to cut and manipulate.
I didnt know how they were getting in my extension roof as I had spent time and money on extra foundation work, brickpoint filling and blocking all gaps regards fascia and soffit coverings!!
I covered all the sides around my skylights with it, and thanks to the noise of the rat trying to fight its way in, I now know a point of entry, and have hopefully sorted the problem.
I can use the mess to cover drainpipes, gutters and many other things around the home and garden. 😊
This product was offered at a fantastic price and was of good quality. Was fixed mechanically with stainless screws and penny washers into drilled holes with plastic plugs, before being rendered over and stone chip finish. It cuts easy to fit area with hand tin snips.
Use for repairing render to provide a good bond. Best price I could find on the net
Thinner metal than I had imagined it would be but OK for the price .
Good quality. Excellent value. Does what it says on the tin.
Good to use easy to shape .
Its Galvanised Reinforcement Coil 100mm x 20m - thats it
for most things I do, I use stainless. this was an upper floor internal so I
galv is fine. good size roll and delivered to me... very convenient.
Good for covering cracks and reinforcing before rendering/plastering,decent amount on roll for money
Fab quality, robust bit of kit. Great price and highly recommended. 5 stars.
It is what it is.
Does the job.
I the coil is wound quite tight, when you start to use it, make a container out of a cardboard, and put a window in the box for the roll to pass through, or the whole roll will unwind quite spontaneous.
