Good solid galvanised spikes that should last a few years
A well made product with a good length of spike which makes a solid job. A 75mm post easily drops in and can be tightened in position with the use of a spanner.
Easily ordered online and great customer service when collecting from the store. I was even wished 'good luck'. I didnt tell him my husband would be helping me!
Used to repair a wobbly fence. Quick & Easy to install with a 4lb Club hammer and a suitable block of wood and they provided a firm base for two 75 x 75 mm fence posts.
No galvanising holidays found - which is good. Appear very robust. Delivered in pairs in polythene bags.
An excellent product at a reasonable price. Care is required to ensure the spike is in the exact position for the post to be vertical as eŕrors cannot be easily remedied afterwards.
These are solid, well-made, with good nuts and bolts. They galvanising seemed excellent, too. They feel a lot heftier than the flimsy things I could get from Borgit and Scarper, and from Toolstation they were half the price being charged at our local garden centre. They drove in easily, no twisting, and I expect them to last decades. Top value.

Seem to be of good quality, galvanised instead of the cheaper painted ones. Only time will tell how the perform in the ground.
Great value compared to similar alternatives and they do the job brilliantly. Have now purchased four pairs of these mamas so this speaks volumes.
One of the bolts sheared, but not much of a problem as I had some suitable ones. Although the painted type seem to last well, it is reassuring to have the protection of galvanizing.
Comparing the description of length to other spikes I expected this to have a spike of 750mm long. It is actual only 600mm long. The same as those sold as being 600mm spikes!
