The Footprint 580 Brick Jointer is a precision tool designed for smoothing and shaping mortar joints into a professional concave finish. This carbon steel jointer features dual sizing options of 1/2 inch and 5/8 inch, making it suitable for various joint widths commonly encountered in brickwork and masonry projects. Built from carbon steel and furnace hardened, this brick jointer delivers extended working life even under regular site use. The hardening process enhances the tool's durability and resistance to wear, whilst the polished finish provides protection against premature rusting and corrosion in typical site conditions. The concave joint profile created by this tool is ideal for weatherproofing purposes, helping to keep moisture from penetrating mortar joints in brickwork and blockwork. This makes it particularly useful for exterior masonry work where weather resistance is essential, as well as for achieving a neat, consistent finish on both structural and decorative brickwork. Features and Benefits: • Furnace hardened carbon steel construction for extended durability • Polished finish prevents premature rusting • Dual sizing (1/2 inch and 5/8 inch) for versatility across different joint widths • Creates weatherproof concave joints to prevent moisture penetration Specifications: Rake Type: Brick Jointer Size 1 (in): 1/2 Size 2 (in): 5/8
