Missing Rawl bolts, contacted Toolstation via chat who said to contact manufacturer as they did not have another parking post to replace. I contacted the manufacturer via the phone number provided and left a voice mail and sent an email but have had no response so will return the goods to Toolstation.
The post is fine and does what it's supposed to.
Pretty easy to fit with the correct equipment.
Major gripe is that the box had been opening and taped shut again and the fixing down bolts were missing. Fortunately I had some other fixings and managed.

I bought two of these posts and appear at first inspection to be of very sturdy construction and should do the job.
Two things that have annoyed me about the information given on line.
1.It would have been useful to have known that anchor bolts are included (many reviews say they are not)
2.It would also have useful to know that you need 14mm drill bit for these anchor bolts.
Needless to say I now have to return the anchor bolts that I bought and get the right sized drill bit.
I bought this as a replacement.

I bought this and had it delivered to the house on Monday 21st January 2018, the post was very sturdy and very easy to fit, it came with 3 keys and the post but you do not get the bolts to fix it to the ground included, which I did know when I ordered, just had to use 3 x 14mm bolts to secure.
Great post and use it every day.
Parking posts were lower priced than many others but when installed have stop the test.
Your guidelines negate my intended comments!
However:- product looked fine & appears satisfactory. Durability may be an issue! Especially the key/lock. Would have expected securing bolts to be included. Price/quality ratio reasonable,overall a good buy, only time will tell!
