The kit is great except the isolation valve is hexagonal nut ??

It is Sunday, and I needed a quick fix for a customer.....The kit had only two things I needed, the tap and the 15mm copper pipe.. the rest were worthless, and the most obvious requirement a 15mm 'T' fitting was not included... the screws were so cheap the heads rung off ... not a practical kit at all...

I found this easy to ‘diy’ fit. All parts went together great without any hassle or more importantly, leaks. A+
Easy to fit but copper pipe to short to go through the wall and into kitchen cupboard so I had to extend the pipe for it to fit hence why 3 stars as a diy person may struggle.

First class kit, at an excellent price. Everything included, even a roll of PTFE tape. I’m just a normal bloke helping out an elderly neighbour who is seriously impressed with her tap and the ease with which she can now water her plants, and your kit was so simple to install.

Everything that I needed was in the box. Couldn't have been simpler. I used the ptfe tape on the tap, but being a diyer wasn't sure if I done it, right? So it leaked. I bought some leak chord and use that instead and it works a treat. The whole thing only took me 2 hours from start to finish, apart from changing the ptfe tape.
I installed this kit successfully but had to purchase an extra flexihose piece (the one's provided are only 25cm long). It would be good if you could provide this information in the product technical specification
So easy to fit just one speed fit an one hole to drill and 3 in tap base fitting fitted it in about 15 mins
For the money good kit. Dropped it by one star due to the rod being to short to go through the wall and kitchen cabinet. Was straight forward to fit. Yes I would recommend this.

This very Comprehensive kit contains all that you need to make a professional install. You Just need a drill and bits the rest is in the box.. Far better quality than the other suppliers.
Even has PTFE tape in the kit the screws and wall plugs . The flexible pipes are great so that the original house pipes do not have to be inline where you want to position the outside tap.
Easy to install, good quality, and includes pretty much everything depending on the circumstances. Great kit.
