It was quite fiddly to fit the wires in but it does work and I’m pleased with it. I did have to put tape around the two pieces as it didn’t feel secure.
Good price, simple to install, does the job. What more could you want?
Nothing wrong with the electrical connection but outer orange case keeps unplugging, catch system not good enough, had to tape together to prevent constant disconnecting
Utter rubbish falls apart from a strong draft avoid.

Solid construction. Requires precision cutting of insulation to get the wire secured effectively. There is no grommet to prevent ingress of water.
Just what was needed after cutting through my hedge cutter cable! Worked straightaway after connecting both sides of cable together using this connector. Same colour as the cable too!
Does what it says on the packet. Much safer than my terminal block and gaffer tape bodge
Fairly good connector although the two halves could be a tighter fit together to lessen the chance of them coming apart accidentally.
Roses and red, violets are blue, I cut my lawnmower cable, just like you.
Did the job, could be a bit more helpful by having live and neutral written on the internal block so you can be sure you get it right first time.
Internal screws to the wiring clips were too short for standard wire.

These things used to be made of rubber, and when connected you had difficulty pulling them apart, and that made a good safe connection. This one appears to be made of some sort of hard plastic, the joint is retained with two little lugs, but seems loose to me. Not impressed at all.
Electrically sound, mechanical clips could be better, pulls apart very easily in use
Chopped off the cable on my electric lawn mower when folding the handles. As the break was only 1' from the handle & the cable is 2 core this was an ideal fix. I now unplug and store the cable seperately instead of winding it around the handle. Now more risk of damaged cable. Why didn't the manufacturer think of this first? Bright orange colour is good too!
Perfect for the job in hand repairing the electric cable that I accidentally cut through.
