I bought a dozen of these to replace some old ceiling lights. Easy to wire in and easy to replace the GU10 bulb. Pretty sturdy although one of them broke when I was installing it. No quibble refund.
Could not establish if could be used in a ceiling with loft insulation. This is supposed to be a low powered light
