Works well, solid and strong. Just what was required.
Needed ONE field gate hook to hang a new gate on a wooden gate post, and ToolStation Newark had just what I needed. Completely satisfied with the quality - the galvanised finish didn't flake off at all when I hammered the hook into the post. The only thing that could be clearer is what size pilot hole to drill in the post. I'd say at least 19mm (3/4-inch) which is what I did, and even then the spike is hard to drive home.

Needed to hang multiple heavy duty gates, purchased the field gate hooks. With a quick pilot hole drilled they hammer in and ready for use very quickly. Highly recommend.
