The Festool 499749 ZK HW 4545 Scraper is designed for smoothing with plastic edges on workpieces. As with large, stationary machines, the scraper is a very important work step for processing plastic edges. With its help, the edging overhang becomes perfectly flush and the radius is cleanly removed in order to get rid of impact marks from the routing process. The solid carbide scraper ensures greater durability and is particularly resistant to wear. The edges of the scraper offer three different radii to the standard edge thicknesses 1mm, 1.5mm and 2mm. The optimal degree of sharpness and angle of attack prevent damage to the workpiece surface and the cord is used both to support and specifies the optical angle.
