This bracket is of no use whatsoever to hold an expansion vessel as it doesn’t come with the 3/4” nut to hold the expansion vessel. In the end had to use a bathroom tap nut to tighten the expansion vessel to it. All rather useless it’s not supplied with the right hardware. Just causes frustration and wasted time to find something
Good product, does the job. Staff could do with a few classes in customer facing skills…..a smile and pleasant demeanour costs nothing.
These used to come with a 3/4 nut which made them perfect but obviously impacted on cost

It's a bracket! A little lightweight for the size of expansion vessel I had. But as it was in the corner below the boiler I'm sure it will be fine.
We bought this bracket to fit the 18L Expansion Vessel from Toolstation but it doesn't come with the necessary not to attach it - you have to cobble something together yourself or the Expansion Vessel just wobbles-around on the bracket. We fitted in in the end after about an hour of making something our of an old plastic nut that would fit it to the Expansion Vessel.
Because of restricted space I wanted to hang the vessel from the bracket on the same side as the angled bar but that forced the vessel too far out from the wall. It would be better if the bracing didn't get in the way so much.
Also the slot in the bracket was too narrow to sit snugly across the top of the expansion vessel so it rocked back and forth. I had to file out the slot wider and pack washers either side to get a firm fixing. After that there was not much of the vessel's thread left to screw on the adaptor so that had to be packed with rubber washers.
I think this bracket could be better designed to fit the expansion vessels available.
