I applied this product by brush to new softwood for an outbuilding before assembly. I can say it is easy to apply and low odour, The product is quite 'thin' so can run off easily, but soaks into end grain as if the timber is a sponge, which I think is good. I applied two coats, but after a week it is too early to say how this performs over the long term. There is no discernable colour change of the timber when the product is dry, nor does it raise the grain.

Seems expensive compared with similar products. Presumably it's effective. Wouldn't buy again.

Easy to us go through a spay pump no blocking up .whether it work at all tell you in a couple of years
Certainly works instantly for woodworm. I can't say how long the protection lasts, but I've used it for about ten years and, as yet, not had any problems with rot.

Had a customer who's floor collapsed through wet rot and damp, removed all affected wood and joists but sprayed all existing timbers and new timbers incase any spores remained,time will tell how effective this product is

Bought this to coat hardwood flooring ply for use in attic as walkway. I guess if I see no evidence of woodworm or rot in future years it will have done its job!
