Whilst some of the fitting instructions were a little confusing, once it was fitted it does what it is designed to do and is solid.
Product sent for free by next day delivery. Was exactly what I needed to fix my patio door. Cost was more than reasonable too.

Old lock had failed, too tight to engage a locksmith - initially tried to replace the gearbox only - of course it didn't work, sizes correct, function not correct - locks are quite complicated it turns out -this replacement set up was very competitively priced, pick up next day - (wifey very pleased to only have to guard the door for one night with her rolling pin), great quality, and best of all, really easy to fit and very comprehensive instructions - NB - the frame packers, each really do only fit one end of the keeps properly.
Too expensive and takes longer to fit than other locks but in an emergency can get you out of trouble if you need it done that day
Fitted perfectly into upvc door, just needed a little fettling with the door hinges ( toe and heeling) to make it a perfect fit.
Useful bit of kit, cheaper than replacing a door, little tricky to fit and wouldn't recommend to anyone who was not competent at DIY or maintenance. Once installed it works well.
