Almost perfect. The size of unit fitted the hole in door but the deadbolt piece was too thick to go through the mechanism and I had to grind it down to fit the mechanism. Other than that was a good replacement
Excellent bit of kit, having been quoted £320 to fix the door, I bought this for £20 and had it fixed 5 mins later. Very easy to use, staff very helpful. 👍
Seems poor quality,not convinced this will last long,plan on changing it before it breaks on me
Bought a replacement door gear box first one I received was only 35m and I needed 45 my mistake got the 45 a day later no problem and received a refund for the 35 great service.
Ordered a 35 mm and a 45 mm for next day collection unsure which size needed, unfortunately they sent two of the same size, major mistake when your front door is unlocked!

Bought this to replace a failed unit. Luckily I got the last one i could find in the local area and so TS's same day click and collect service was invaluable. Replacement was pretty straightforward, so it was back up and running relatively quickly (after one false start). Suggest you need some minor diy skills/knowledge but should be relatively easy for most people. Price was very reasonable, can't comment on longer term reliability but fingers crossed.
I had a faulty door gearbox,it was a quick easy job to change part, perfect fit, good value, I would definitly recommend it
After dismantling the lock it be became apparent that the gearbox was not the problem. It was returned without question. Staff were brilliant.

Had to file a bit where the dead bolt fitted as the old one was a bit thinner.
Well made worked first time everything was the same as original .
Easy to install could not fault it .
The lock mechanism looked sturdy enough but it did not fit the customers door. It looked like it did but after fitting it the dead bolt misaligned with the hole in the rest of the door mechanism by about 3mm, therefore unable to lock the door.
Spot on save me a new lock system having to be replaced
