Can’t fault it! I had to change the handle on an older window and had no idea of size or bolts required, but luckily it’s very self explanatory and has multiple options for different bolt sizes.
Ordering item was quick and easy, service at the store was efficient and polite, the item is of good quality and does the job that it was purchased for, excellent quality, I am happy with the service Toolstation has provided.
Fixing screws gave cutting guidelines so no damage to the threads possible and the fact the choice if spindles which were also included negated the need to cut these to size also. I'd bought a replacement from one of your competitors initially but when I then returned for a refund.seeing as it took away of having to cut it down to the size I required with the ERA product I sourced from Toolstation

A good quality easy fixed replacement handle. Supplied with five spindle lengths and the fixing bolts are undercut at the same intervals to suit the spindle so cutting easy! Its a shame they do not do an offset handle
Replaced 20 year old handles that had become worn out.
Easy to do as these are supplied with various length shanks.
Window handle broke on Christmas Day so needed replacement ASAP. Nowhere open on Boxing Day but Toolstation had them in stock so I collected the next day. Chose this product as it had a range of spindle lengths (I wanted 50mm, this had 43mm and 55mm). At the store, the assistant brought a couple of options where I could see the alternative single spindle option was only 40mm (Not mentioned on web site).
Fitting was straight forward. I used the original screws so didn't need to the supplied ones to the correct length. Took about 5-10 mins and looks great.
Easily fitted, great to have a choice of inserts. Works great.

The handle was my choice as it was universal, the parts in the box were spot on,fitted on a couple of minutes,would definitely buy another one when needed.
Quality seems perfectly acceptable considering the price. Universal fit to replace the broken one. Could use one of the several supplied spindles without resorting to a hacksaw. All working so far trouble free
