Quite good, better if connector bracket left loose
These down lights sold by Toolstation have thicker rim compared to same model that can be purchased anywhere else.
Possibly Toolstation sells old stock as hese lights were redesigned by Enlite.
Also the connector are screwed on while redesigned model have push in connectors.
Not expensive but fairly basic compared to LED units. Simple, single connection block rather than in and out connections and does not include bulb. That said, easy to install with 76mm holesaw. Bought to match existing figments, so choice was limited.
Good solid product and not manufactured in China.
Unlike many modern downlights, which have integrated LEDs (necessitating replacement of the whole unit if the light fails) these accept replacement LED bulbs (GU10 equivalent).
I've bought loads of these, I have 35 now installed. They look good and I'd say well worth the extra over a cheaper fitting.
