Having found that the edge of the roofing felt had deteriorated, I bought 18 lengths of Eaves Support Tray followed later with another pack of 10. They are a great product, easy to fit by removing the bottom row of tiles then sliding the tray under the existing felt. The tray will then do the job of diverting any spurious water into the gutter, thus preventing it from draining into the soffit box and producing stain marks on the barge boards. My tiles are the large Marley type, for smaller tiles it may be necessary to remove a batten and refit it over the old felt and tray.

Needs to be cut with a very fine blade or whizzer disc but shatters if impacted. No provision for making a water tight butt joint - this can of course be done with flashing tape.
If the lip is to sit in the gutter you need to fit the gutter brackets before the eves support tray as the lip is too rigid to bend up out of the way.
Does what it says on the packet, good quality
Bought these as the lowest course on a new T&G-roof gazebo. Then placed impermeable membrane over the top. I actually trimmed these (to just use the long flat top part) as I haven't installed any guttering, and wanted to support the felt shingles and prevent them sagging over time. I felt that the top part (which is around 6 inches after trimming off the part that feeds rainwater to the gutters) would provide sufficient support to the rood shingles, with about 1.5 inch overhang from lowest the edge of the T&G.
The items had a few flaws at the ends when they arrived - one had a 2 inch split from an end, others had chips in them, but otherwise they were fine for my use.

No problems like some other reviewers items were just as expected fitted in no time.
All trays were damaged at the ends. No time to exchange so had to cut off damage on all ten items at both ends.
Too delicate for the job. They snap too easily along their length.
