Needed a 9v battery in a hurry and also wanted a supplier close to home. Checked toolstation and they had 9v batteries in stock. Ordered and collected. Smooth process - i order and pay , toolstation pick item and i collect. In the old days we'd call it doing your job but i guess now i have to say the care at which they selected the battery was exceptional and that it was handed to me in an amazing way .......is it me.....

I know I bought two of these just a few weeks back. I used one, but can I find the other? Not a chance, and I wasn't going to waste any time looking for it. It was easier to nip into TS when passing to pick one up.

The battery was in use for about two weeks and the alarm it was connected to stopped working.As most batteries have a shelf life,the battery I bought must have been an very old one.There should be some way of getting new batteries rather then an old one.Not impressed.
I can always find what I am looking for at Toolstation. There is usually a choice of items with a range of prices. If stock is not in on the day it can be ordered for next day delivery which is always helpful. The staff are always friendly and happy to help. Why would you not shop at Toolstation.
Bought this to replace the battery in my smoke detector. Very convenient that tool station sell these at a good price.
Replacement battery for smoke alarm, seemed to be the least expensive so bought this one as the Varta brand don't appear to last as long
I left feeling frustrated, after a career as an oil industry engineer and safety champion following a fall on the upturned entrance rug, I was shouted down by staff when I mentioned it should be flat to the floor forty years of engineering and two degree's trump a loud mouth rude shop boy
