The ball bearing doesn't hold onto the socket, so they slip off And it doesn't click a s should at its required force selected, only slightly gives feeling in the handle, Which cojld be easily missed so kind of renders it useless as a torque wrench really..might be a faulty one or one broken, returned & sold too me..as expect better from draper tools
Quality product in a case a must for low torque settings.
Great little torque wrench, got this to work on an engine valve cover, my big wrench was not delicate enough for the job. Small and compact have used it for other delicate jobs since
Just the job for those low torque sensitive jobs. Easy to use. Good quality.
Handy size for a torque wrench. The nm goes down a lot lower than my old torque wrench.
It seems well made and the instructions are good but I’m not sure about the scale? Instructions refer to pounds- feet but on the wrench it seems to be inch pounds? It also has a Newton-metre scale which is OK if you have the figures or can convert.
Goes down to a low enough torque for what I need.
Nice solid piece of kit, tested out on my motorcycle and works quite positively
Needed a 10mn torque wrench for a single job at a cheap price
Good value and seems fairly accurate. Was pleased to find this in stock when I needed one in a hurry.
It seems pretty decent quality and good value for money
Perfect and accurate torque wrench ideal for big small jobs
Good product and easy to use. Ordering with Toolstation was easy. Communication regarding order status was excellent and having a local Toolstation available for click and collect was a bonus.
Did the job I needed it to - tighten both a sump plug and oil strainer bolt without stripping anything!
A fraction of the cost and matches the torque on more expensive wrenches
This torque wrench does exactly what it is meant to do. The casting and ratchet hower are rather cheap and feel inferior. I am not sure that this would stand up to much hard use. BUT at the price point it is good value for money. I need to use this occsionally so suspect it will be fine. but I dont think it would stand up to daily use. So overall happy with this product. But if I find I am using it a lot I would probably buy a more expensive one
It's a good tool for a good price. It's easy to setup and use all digits are clearly marked so you can't go wrong
seemed to work well and had a positive 'click' when at the desired torque. assume its reasonably accurate as didn't snap any aluminium bolts
The Draper torque wrench 1/4 appeared to be of good quality. The scale was easy to read and the wrench was generally easy to use. It's too soon to comment on it's durability and I have no idea about it's accuracy. I am happy enough to recommend it.
Excellent little torque wrench I used for building a Nissan engine with precise & repeatable performance. Great value from stockist on my doorstep.
