What a fab bit of equipement. My wife bought me this when I was trying to thread a cable though drywall into the loft. Absolutely did the trick and I have used it so many times since. Not sure how I managed before I had it to be honest.

This is a really useful cable rod set for smaller jobs especially when you only want to take one tool bag/box as it's small enough to fit inside. Already proved its worth. Just don't be too ham fisted with them as they are a bit thinner than standard cable rods.
Nice idea, lots of parts , unfortunately more than two/three feet or a metre, the rods are not stiff enough and now, over longer distances making it impossible to thread the wire through small apertures. It's fine for large roof voids above ceilings. Hope this explains my low score
Excellent product especially when space is tight to work in.
Had to feed some cable for a socket, this done the job perfectly in my plasterboard wall!
Good product although seems a little pricey for what it is. In comparison other similar products prices are really expensive

worked a treat couple of attachments helped fish wires through
Needed to change the hdmi cable for a wall mounted tv. Not an easy task for something that was done years ago and you don't want to wreck the current decor. This worked very well. It looks thin but easily pushed down the wall cavity. We attached new cable and pulled through.
Great kit easy to use, with handy storage container
Upon opening I discovered 2 of the threads at that ends of 2 sections had snapped of and were rattling around in the bottom of the tube. Really very disappointed.
These did the job for me. I used them to feed some cable through a ceiling (for downlights) and probably won’t need them for a long time now, so decent price for the job.
They do feel slightly fragile, but no issues to report.
Did the job and a few others but can break easily.
Not the longest, strongest, most expensive set of cable rods but easy to store and carry at a fair price and always useful to have to hand for the DIY enthusiast
Great for running cables in interior walls, great addition to a DIY toolbox
Works well for getting wires under floor boards. Only issue is that where rods screw together they are not flush so can get stuck on beams or cross supports that are above plasterboard or ceiling. But we did get the wires in without having to cut up more floorboards

Great wee tool. I wouldn’t have been able to run Ethernet cable around the house without it. Decent quality for the price. Some other reviews talk of weak fittings but if you tighten them up fully and remember they are only thin so not to put too much force through them, they will be fine. Wish I’d bought a set years ago.
The male connectors are pathetically weak and kept snapping which kills both rods. Waste of money. Will be trying to get my money back.
