A bit disappointed. Looks like the exact same reel, except under a different brand, that I purchased from a German supermarket about 3 years ago which has been faultless. Unfortunately, the Draper one didn’t retract as well and had now started leaking.

Mostly made of plastic, this hose reel is unlikely to last very long. I unpacked it, decided it wasn’t of sufficient quality, and returned it for a refund.
