The 90-tooth ratchet mechanism in the ring end requires only 4° of movement, making these spanners ideal for restricted spaces around engine bays, brackets and closely-positioned fasteners. The open end is offset at 15° to improve knuckle clearance and accessibility, whilst the 12-point HI-TORQ® ring end maximises leverage by transferring torque to the flats of the fastener rather than the corners, reducing the risk of rounding off bolt heads.
