This is to prevent electrocution in the event of a failure. • Note: Remove the plug from the socket before carrying out adjustment, servicing, or maintenance. • Check that the electrical supply delivers the voltage and frequency corresponding to the welding machine and that it is fitted with a delayed fuse suited to the maximum delivered rated current. • Note: The welding machines are set to the highest voltage at the factory

Great Budget Welder

Needed a budget welder to do odd jobs repairing landrovers. This is a perfect budget welder is very easy to set up. Had it working almost immediately after unboxing.
Things you might need to buy in addition to the welder are.
16A plug
Welding wire
Regulator
Gas bottle

So far used it to remove several sheared off exaust manifold studs using mig with mix gas.

It includes a basic mask although if your budget streches, you'd be best discarding the supplied mask and buy a decent one.
Build quality is okay for price and it is light weight so perfect if you need a portable welder. Its construction is not heavy duty its light weight. It will not take a beating but if looked after should last for years. Ideal to put on a trolley in a garage/workshop, in back of van or back of a pickup

So far very happy with purchase and would recommend as a budget welder.
