When I tried this pump I could not get it to pump out about 3” of rainwater.as Toolstation do not accept a return on pumps I was told to ring draper. I rang draper explained to them pump was not pumping to be told that the water was not deep enough,Reading all the info with the pump it does not tell you the minimum depth of water.so I’ve bought a pump that is not fit for the purpose it was bought for,it should tell you the minimum amount of water it will work in.Draper were not vey helpful.

Was surprised at the low price of this product and as it was needed desperately i decided to make my first purchase from Tool station. It was really easy and I was able to pick it up pretty much straight away. Worked a treat and now my water issue has been solved.....
Why it is called "clean water" pump when none of the others are, I am not sure. Certainly none of the draper info refers to using only clean water in it. Very confusing. saying clean water suggests you cannot use it with ponds and water butts that I use it for. It is exactly the same as the one I have used for many years and works fine

Bought this as a temporary measure to drain a well in cellar following rainfall. So far so good. Really pleased with compact but powerful unit which is lifting water several metres without a problem. Float cut-off working well. Good buy
