Exactly as expected and quieter than the average lawn mower! Socket is standard domestic three pin, not an external weather proof one which could be inferred from the picture that shows a round cover plate.
Excellent small generator, nice and quiet. Used to power a music system on a Gala float. Starts each time without fail, runs on very little petrol.
